Ministries

Children's Ministry:
Welcome to Kids Central! It is our goal that your child would experience God’s love in everything we do. It is our mission to support your family as you strive to lay down a spiritual foundation for your child. We do this by offering a fun, but well structured and purposeful Sunday school (K-5th grade) and special events throughout the year that are designed with kids in mind!

Life Groups:
Small groups are vital to developing the kind of relationships that help a person to grow in their faith. We have all kinds of Life Groups that are offered here at New Life Great Bridge. If you have an questions or want more info Email Us

Men's Fellowship:
Our Men’s Fellowship (The IronMen of Great Bridge) is dedicated to discipling men toward maturity in Christ in order to develop healthy homes, relationships, church, and community. On the second Saturday of every month, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., our men meet for a fellowship breakfast and great conversation around meaningful topics. Beyond breakfast, our men meet for retreats and organize for community outreach on a regular basis.

Outreach:
Local:
We do not see local outreach as a program of scheduled activities, but releasing individuals and families to be missional in their lifestyle, having been trained to live in our neighborhoods as missionaries. The same principles apply in our backyard as they do overseas. We speak the language, wear the clothes and submerge into the culture we want to reach. All of our corporate outreach initiatives are framed in this context.
World:
We are passionately committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Because of our partnership with the New Life family of churches in the area, we are able to mobilize, equip and send missionary teams around the world. Currently, we are providing support to 19 full-time missionaries on 5 different continents. We will also send 13 short term teams to offer medical aid, children’s ministry, humanitarian relief and more in 2010.

Women's Fellowship:
Women’s Fellowship provides women the opportunity to come together in order to strengthen them individually to serve their families, their church, their community, and to bring healing to their lives emotionally, physically and spiritually. We encourage women to become involved in the three areas here at NLGB fellowship, spiritual growth and community outreach.

Youth Ministry:
Under the capable direction and leadership of Pastor Justin Brockett and his wife Jessica the youth ministry of New Life at Great Bridge is a great place to get connected and feel welcomed. The vision of the youth ministry is to deepen teens understanding of the Scriptures, to provide opportunities for intimacy with God, and to build relationships with others. We want to encourage and release their natural talents and spiritual gifts in order for them to become who God has called them to be.
Meeting Time:
7pm to 9pm at the Youth House
